ModelProp Ltd supplies VoiceProp, ChatProp, VirtualProp, ContentProp, AvatarProp, ClipProp and OmniProp. You can buy products independently. An agency profile does not require a paid OmniProp workflow subscription.

Your completed order identifies the scope, price, billing, term, cancellation and applicable documents. These versions apply when expressly agreed; they do not silently replace an existing contract.

Presenter permission

Individual likeness and voice authorisation is required for each real presenter, separately from an agency’s order. Tell support@modelprop.ai immediately when a presenter leaves or permission ends, and before a planned departure.

MyPorta and MyHome

MyPorta and MyHome are supplied separately by AI Property Intelligence Ltd (16474737), registered in England and Wales, registered office Suite 3 The Palace Theatre, 156 High Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 1NE. Their accounts, privacy and purchases use their own agreements.
