ModelProp's founders were there as the digital revolution arrived the turn of the millennium, we helped agents through the arrival of mobile and social along the way and now we're harnessing AI to ensure that estate and letting agents can benefit from this latest tech wave too.

CEO
Mal has over twenty years’ history of creating technology products that help estate agents in the UK.
One of the launch team at Primelocation.com in 2000, leaving only after its £48m exit in 2005, he then helped to launch Zoopla.
He has since run a successful consultancy for startup/ scaleup proptech businesses, Growtion.
Alex Stewart
COO
Alex has been a strong contributor to the proptech and fintech movements over the last five years.
He has held senior positions at OneDome, helping it transition from the fourth-placed property portal to the fourth-largest mortgage provider in the UK.
He was also one of the early team at £50m-valued GetAgent.
Jo Hayes
CMO
Jo has over two decades of driving growth, notably at VoucherCodes and Genie Shopping, where she led the expansion from 3 to 1,000+ B2B customers.
Previously, Jo held key roles at Amazon, LOVEFiLM, Primelocation and Propertyfinder.com, consistently demonstrating expertise in market strategy development.
