This is hilarious!

Small robots trying to kick a ball into a goal - and doing terribly at it.

Anyone who's been involved in under-6 football will recognise some of the moves - all chasing the ball, falling over, air shots and bouncing off the posts. There's even a moment when one of the bots is on the ground and it's stretchered to the side of the pitch to get fixed 😂

No doubt we'll be seeing a lot more 'robot sport' out there, though it is quite clear that China is waaaaay ahead on so much physical AI. While we're yet to see any autonomous vehicles (essentially driven by computer) in the UK, they're everywhere over there. We really need to get a move on in adoption of a lot of this technology, which has been proven to work in other places across the world.

At the very least we could be building tech that can compete and learn with itself as these robots are doing. Gonna be way more than '60 years of hurt' til we win the RoBo World Cup otherwise ...
