Your chat session information is saved to enhance the experience for others, but worry not, no personal information is required for the chatbot to function.
Fakespot Chat can be accessed via the Fakespot Analyzer or from an Amazon.com product page using Fakespot’s browser extension. Once the analysis is complete, Fakespot Chat appears on the right-hand side of the analysis page, ready to assist with your product queries.
This initiative is part of Mozilla's broader commitment to responsible AI, including a $30 million investment in creating an independent open-source AI ecosystem. Mozilla acknowledges that Fakespot Chat may not always hit the mark and welcomes user feedback for improvement.
