Microsoft Copilot Joins Telegram Fun

Microsoft has just added a new twist to your Telegram chats! Introducing the Microsoft Copilot bot, now available within the messaging app.

This nifty AI assistant lets you search, ask questions, and have conversations just like you would with a friend.

Currently in beta, Copilot for Telegram is free for all users on both mobile and desktop. Just make sure to look for the official bot with the checkmark and the username @CopilotOfficialBot. Once you find it, you’ll need to share your Telegram phone number with Microsoft. Yes, it’s a bit odd, especially for an app known for its privacy, but it’s a small step for AI magic!

Copilot for Telegram is all about text-based requests for now. It can’t generate images, but it’s pretty handy for internet searches, suggesting movies, creating workout routines, helping with coding tasks, translating conversations, and finding quick facts.

There’s a catch, though: you’re limited to 30 exchanges per day. So, make those chats count!

This move is part of Microsoft’s grand plan to sprinkle Copilots across its ecosystem. From business applications to PCs and Microsoft 365, there’s a Copilot for almost everything. And if you’re really keen, there’s a premium version with the latest AI models for just £20 a month.

So, why not give Copilot for Telegram a spin? It might just become your new favourite chat buddy!
