NVIDIA and partners like Adobe, Microsoft, and IBM are contributing to an open defence stack, enhancing AI safety and security. Projects like NVIDIA’s NOOA and SpaceXAI’s Grok Build promote transparency and trust in AI systems.

The alliance calls on policymakers to view open models as defensive assets, advocating for investment in shared open infrastructure.
