Using our public sites
W1. ModelProp’s public product websites are operated by ModelProp Ltd, company 15018178, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Suite 3 The Palace Theatre, 156 High Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 1NE. Contact support@modelprop.ai. MyPorta and MyHome identify their separate operator in their own notices.
W2. Public pages explain products and provide demonstrations and enquiry routes. A demonstration may use fictional property, agency or staff information, which must be clearly identified. A demonstration, consultation booking or “discuss a plan” action does not itself subscribe you or authorise a charge. A paid order needs the separate agreement published with our business terms.
W3. Do not provide unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information in a demo. Explain any recording, transcript, provider processing or follow-up at the point of collection. A microphone prompt is not permission for unrelated data use or marketing. Our Privacy Notice describes our handling of information.
W4. AI replies and generated media can be inaccurate. Verify important property, legal, financial or safety information. We remain responsible for our own legal duties, the accuracy of claims we are required to make and liability the law does not allow us to exclude.
W5. Use the sites lawfully, respect others’ rights and do not attempt unauthorised access or disruptive use. Branding, software and protected content remain with their rights holders. Ordinary browsing does not grant a commercial reuse licence beyond features or permissions expressly provided.
W6. Nothing excludes death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, consumer remedies or personal-data rights. England and Wales law applies without overriding consumers’ mandatory protections or court rights where they live. Notices may be updated prospectively with required information and consent. Website use does not supply agreement to new charges or blanket consent to privacy practices.
