C1. VirtualProp creates illustrative staging, decluttering and restyling from authorised property images. The order defines input quantity, property/room units, styles, output formats, revision allowance, human checks and turnaround milestones. A provider render being completed is not proof that an image meets the agreed brief.
C2. Confirm rights from photographers and other relevant owners, and lawful handling of occupiers’ information. Remove unnecessary family photographs, documents, faces, access details and other identifying information before upload where practicable. Images are processed under the applicable privacy notice and completed DPA where appropriate.
C3. Unless the brief expressly requests a separately labelled concept illustration, retain the real room geometry, camera framing and permanent features. Do not hide defects or materially alter windows, doors, views, fixtures, dimensions, accessibility or structural condition. A quality disclaimer does not authorise misleading property marketing.
C4. Clearly label delivered staging and require that disclosure to remain wherever the image is used. Suggested wording: “AI-staged image. Furniture and styling are illustrative. See the original photograph.” Where an alteration goes beyond furnishings, describe the concept explicitly and avoid presenting it as a current condition or feasible approved building alteration.
C5. Retain an original for comparison within the agreed retention period and provide it or an accessible comparison with public marketing where required for clarity. The agency approves final particulars and remains responsible for its marketing obligations. We must still carry out the checks and corrections we agreed to provide.
C6. If an output materially departs from the brief or contains a generation defect, report it for correction; a style preference change is handled under the agreed revision policy. Do not treat payment as acceptance of an inaccurate output. PAYG orders require an express price and delivery scope before processing.
C7. No source image or private room data may be used for unrelated training, public examples or another customer without separate authority and lawful processing. The output licence is in the business agreement, subject to disclosed third-party rights. This service does not certify condition, dimensions, renovation costs, planning permission or saleability.
