Individual authorisation record

Each real presenter must personally review and affirm a completed authorisation identifying the agency, ModelProp Ltd, actual provider, approved source/derived face or voice, requested products, purposes, channels, languages, period, approvals and privacy information. This published wording is a template for that completed individual record; browsing it or submitting an agency setup form does not give permission.

“I authorise ModelProp Ltd and the providers identified in the accompanying privacy information to create and use the specified synthetic likeness and/or voice for the purposes, audiences, channels, languages and period described below. I understand that approved scripts may be presented as synthetic audio/video and that generated output may resemble me without a new filming session.”

Approval	Person approving each script and output; any bounded standing brief; prohibited subjects and endorsements
Period and departure	Start/end dates; client must report departure immediately, before a planned leaving date; no post-departure generation without separate individual permission
Recipients and storage	Named providers, processing countries, source/model/output retention and transfer safeguards
Withdrawal	Presenter or client may notify support@modelprop.ai directly; block generation/queued work on notice or knowledge; takedown/deletion route and limits on public recall
Payment/consideration	Any payment or benefit and whether participation is optional; alternative where consent could otherwise be pressured

“I have received the relevant privacy information, know how to ask questions and how to stop future use. I understand the limits of recalling material already distributed. This permission does not authorise unrelated model training, sale of my likeness, unapproved endorsements or new uses outside the recorded scope.”

We record the presenter’s verified affirmative action, date, completed permission scope and notice version, separately from the agency order and script approval. Optional public examples, paid advertising or additional uses must be expressly included; they are not selected by default. A lawful data-processing basis and any required additional safeguards must also be established.
