Customer acceptance

The authorised customer representative accepts the completed order, Business Services Agreement 2026-10-21-v1, the identified selected product schedules 2026-10-21-v1, and the completed Data Processing Agreement 2026-10-21-v1 where applicable. The acceptance confirms the named customer, selected products, agreed charges, billing date, term and cancellation arrangements.

We provide the completed order and incorporated documents in a form you can keep. An enquiry, demonstration, account sign-in or setup-information form is not acceptance of a paid order. Existing agreements continue until validly varied.
