Product terms
G1. OmniProp is an optional coordination platform/service. The order must distinguish the platform from the separate “OmniProp Complete” six-product bundle. Buying one does not silently buy the other. Any product can be purchased independently unless a specific feature dependency is clearly stated.
G2. The order identifies the products and integrations actually connected, the verified agency/branch boundaries, administrator roles, shared records and authoritative systems. The ModelProp Console is an access surface for selected services, not a separate grant of rights to every product or dataset.
G3. State the platform fee, setup fee, separately charged products, existing-subscription credits, usage allowances and third-party costs. No marketing example, forecast or illustration establishes a live integration or included capability. Only signed scope creates a commitment; preserve any promise the law makes binding.
G4. Document each flow of enquiries, messages, staff, diary slots, property facts and generated material. Each receiving product gets only the data and permissions necessary for the chosen purpose. A shared customer or brand does not authorise another group company, franchise, agent or model provider to access private records.
G5. Agree who may write to the CRM, diary, website, email or telephony configuration. Where channels share bookings, identify one authoritative booking process, conflict controls, cancellation handling and reconciliation. Do not describe saved messages or internal tasks as confirmed appointments or completed external actions.
G6. Before enabling an automation, approve its triggers, actions, recipients, limits, retry behaviour and stop control. A successful upload, queued task or provider acknowledgement is not proof of final completion. Keep an audit history and surface failed or uncertain actions without silently repeating a consequential action.
G7. Acceptance covers actual selected integrations, access isolation, agreed data sharing, failure paths and user experience. A demonstration of an illustrative workflow is not acceptance of a customer deployment. Changes and releases remain subject to the agreed review and activation authority.
G8. Ending OmniProp does not automatically cancel independent product subscriptions. Identify which connections stop, which records are exported, which licences continue and which product charges remain. Disable unnecessary access and follow the DPA for processor data.
