Website storage, preferences and external content.

Your browser and external services

This information covers the ModelProp marketing and product website. Individual hosted products, customer websites and separately operated MyPorta/MyHome services provide their own information.

Website delivery and security involve network requests and server logs, such as IP address, requested page, time and technical error information. Necessary account or security storage may be used when you request a protected feature. We do not treat visiting the site as consent to optional marketing or tracking.

The announcement bar stores whether you have dismissed it in your browser. The site assistant can store whether its introduction has been shown. These preference records stay in your browser until you clear them; they do not contain the text of your enquiry. Restricted administration pages may store an administrator’s access credential in that administrator’s browser. Do not share that browser profile.

Some pages link to or use third-party content such as YouTube videos, hosted media, fonts, booking services and separate chat services. A direct visit or requested interaction can disclose your IP address and device/request information to the provider. Its privacy and device-storage information also applies. Links to external sites do not load those sites until you follow them; embedded services are identified where offered.

Non-exempt optional tracking requires prior consent. If a cookie or storage exception is used, its legal conditions still apply. You can clear browser site data or change browser permissions; this may reset preferences or sign you out. Microphone and camera permission is separate from acceptance of terms or consent to unrelated processing.

For details about a particular interaction, to object to optional tracking or to report a privacy concern, contact support@modelprop.ai. Our Privacy Notice explains rights, complaints and wider data processing.
