D1. The order identifies blogs, particulars, newsletters, social posts, comments or video scripts to be supplied; quantities, languages, channels, publication cadence, approver and revision process. Particulars Writer is treated as a content capability where ordered, with existing standalone agreements preserved until varied.
D2. Agree the agency’s current facts, service area, brand voice and authorised sources. Property facts, local events, statistics, quotes and legal statements must be checked to a standard appropriate to the content. Attribute and license protected photographs, extracts and other media. Do not invent testimonials, endorsements, qualifications, offers or performance claims.
D3. The default is human approval before publication unless an express standing publishing brief defines the approved scope, review arrangements and exceptions. Any human checking included in the agreed service remains our responsibility.
D4. Publishing and comment-reply access must use supported, least-privilege authorisation. Identify who can approve, pause, revoke or correct scheduled output. Do not publish sensitive client data, misleading property information, discriminatory advertising or regulated legal/financial advice without the necessary review and authority.
D5. A publication approval is not permission to email or message a database. The customer and ModelProp must each satisfy applicable marketing law for their role. Consent records, suppression lists, unsubscribe mechanisms and individual/corporate subscriber distinctions must be respected. PAIR or another newsletter requires its own clear subscription choice.
D6. Notify material errors promptly, pause affected future output where appropriate and agree correction or takedown. Platform caching or prior distribution may prevent complete recall. We remain responsible for reasonable correction of our own contractual failures.
D7. SEO, AIO and GEO descriptions are methods, not promises of rankings, enquiries or revenue. Avatar creation is not included merely because ContentProp can use an authorised AvatarProp asset. State any dependency and fee before ordering. Final output rights and third-party licences follow the business agreement.
