Personal-use purchase terms

modelprop-consumer-2026-10-21-v1 · 21 October 2026

For consumers buying a ModelProp service. MyHome has separate terms with AI Property Intelligence Ltd.

Consumer orders and rights

ModelProp Ltd (15018178), registered in England and Wales, registered office Suite 3 The Palace Theatre, 156 High Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 1NE, supplies the personal-use service described in your completed order. Contact support@modelprop.ai. These consumer terms apply when you buy wholly or mainly outside your business. The business liability cap does not apply to your consumer purchase.

The order describes the particular service, outputs, permitted materials, quantity, features and limitations. VirtualProp produces illustrative staged room images; ClipProp produces the film described in your order. Only upload materials you are entitled to use. AI alterations must not be presented as real property condition. Individual likeness or cloned voice use needs the person’s separate authorisation. We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must meet the standards required by law.

M2. Before you order, we will show the plan, included features and limits, total price including VAT, billing period, any trial and first charge, renewal, minimum term, how to cancel and relevant device/software requirements. An advertised “from” price is not the final checkout total. The order button must clearly communicate any obligation to pay. We will send the agreed details and these terms in a form you can keep.

M4. Unless the checkout expressly agrees a different fixed plan, a stated monthly plan renews monthly at the disclosed price until cancelled. You can stop renewal using the billing controls for your purchase route or contact us for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless a statutory cancellation/refund right applies. “Cancel anytime” must not conceal a minimum term or an additional charge. Deleting the app or an account is not a reliable billing-cancellation method; we will explain both actions clearly.

M8. For a current online service contract, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us by a clear statement or the optional form below. If you expressly ask us to begin services during that period, we may charge a proportionate amount for service actually supplied up to cancellation, where the law permits and the required information was given.

M9. Starting a service does not automatically remove your cancellation right. For a service, the right is lost only once it is fully performed with the required prior express request/consent and acknowledgement. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, early supply can remove the cancellation right only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing that right and contract confirmation have been provided. Mixed plans must be assessed by their actual supplies; no blanket “instant access means no refund” waiver applies.

M10. Refund sums due under a statutory cancellation within the legally required period, ordinarily 14 days after notification for services/digital content, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost to you. Statutory rights to remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content or services remain even where a cooling-off cancellation right has ended.

M11. We will give required notice of price or material service changes. We will not retrospectively change a paid period or reduce essential paid features without a lawful basis, your agreement where needed and an appropriate cancellation/refund remedy. If we stop a paid service, refund the unused portion where due. We may act promptly to address security, illegality or serious misuse, but proportionately and with an explanation where appropriate.

M12. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, mandatory consumer remedies or personal-data rights. These terms impose no fee-based cap that would reduce a free user’s remedy to zero. Business losses from commercial use of this personal service are excluded only where law permits.

M13. England and Wales law governs, without depriving you of mandatory protections where you live. You may use courts available to you under applicable law, including your local courts where entitled. No compulsory paid mediation or arbitration prevents legal action. Complaints can be made through our contacts; statutory privacy complaints are acknowledged within 30 days and investigated without undue delay.

To cancel, send a clear statement to support@modelprop.ai or ModelProp Ltd at Suite 3 The Palace Theatre, 156 High Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 1NE. You may include the service, order date, your name and address, any available reference and the date; a reference or our optional form is not required. Sign only if sending a paper form.
