Product terms
F1. ClipProp creates property and other agreed short films from authorised property facts, photographs, narration and graphics. The order states duration, aspect ratios, clip allowance, branding, subtitles, revisions, delivery formats and any supported CRM trigger.
F2. Confirm rights for property images, floor plans, music, stock, performer contributions and narration. Music licences must cover the intended channels and paid advertising if requested. A licence for one social platform is not automatically a licence for all channels or resale.
F3. Scripts, narration, captions and images must not invent rooms, dimensions, tenure, amenities, views, availability, price or permissions. Material staging and other synthetic alterations must be disclosed. Accessibility and intelligibility checks, including captions where supplied, form part of the agreed output review.
F4. A cloned real voice or presenter requires Schedule E and the individual authorisation even where the film is ordered through ClipProp. A generic licensed voice requires compliance with its licence. No customer is obliged to purchase AvatarProp to use features that do not require it.
F5. Automatic creation is different from automatic public publication. The order separately identifies a CRM trigger, the authority to access a listing, approval rules and the destinations that may receive it. An automatic trigger does not authorise unpublished, withdrawn, sold/let or otherwise restricted content to be advertised inaccurately.
F6. Deliver for review and correct material production errors against the agreed brief. Record approved script/media versions and the approver. Keep the source and final asset only for the agreed retention period and explain any download or hosted-player expiry. Provide the final paid files under the rights in the business agreement.
F7. Platform compression, moderation and distribution are outside our direct control, but do not excuse a defective supplied file or an unlicensed asset we were responsible for supplying. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, leads or platform acceptance. Supplier rendering charges outside the agreed allowance require prior agreed pricing.
