E1. The order identifies each presenter, human or stylised format, source recordings, languages, voice configuration, permitted purposes and channels, output quantities, revision process and approval. An avatar or voice may be created only with verified authority and the real person’s informed authorisation. An employer’s order alone is insufficient permission to impersonate a worker.
E2. Complete a separate Likeness and Voice Authorisation for each person. Explain the provider, countries of processing, derived models, identity verification, retention, withdrawal route and what happens to already published videos. Provider verification or consent requirements must be completed using the provider’s proper process.
E3. Permission to use a likeness is distinct from a UK GDPR lawful basis. Assess whether facial/voice processing involves special-category biometric identification and, if so, establish the necessary Article 9 condition. Do not assume every portrait is special-category data or that a work relationship makes consent freely given.
E4. Use the avatar only within the authorised scope. No misleading personal endorsement, unapproved substantive statement, political campaign, discriminatory content, deceptive impersonation or purported binding commitment. Identify synthetic presentation appropriately for the audience and context. A stylised/vinyl likeness still needs permission if it represents a real person.
E5. The presenter or authorised content approver reviews the script and finished output before release, unless a valid, clearly bounded standing approval is separately recorded. Do not imply that the person actually attended, filmed or personally said words they did not approve. Third-party footage and music need their own permissions.
E6. The customer must tell support@modelprop.ai immediately if a presenter leaves, withdraws permission or ceases to have authority, and before a planned departure takes effect. Identify the person, agency, affected likeness/voice and effective date; stop submitting work using them. Employment permission ends on departure unless that individual separately authorises specific later use. We do not monitor your staffing and may rely on recorded permission until its recorded expiry or until we receive notice or otherwise know it has ended. Subject to clause 10.1, we are not liable to the extent loss is caused by your failure or delay in giving that notice; this does not remove the person’s statutory rights or excuse our own failure.
E7. When we receive that notice or otherwise know that permission has ended, expired or is disputed, we will stop further generation using the affected likeness or voice and stop affected queued submissions. We will request cancellation of work already submitted to a provider where supported, and prevent subsequent release or delivery of affected output under our control. We will restrict disputed assets and handle takedown or deletion under the agreed process and applicable law. Public copies already distributed may not be fully recallable. We retain only lawfully justified permission or dispute evidence; withdrawal does not authorise indefinite model retention.
E8. Other products may use AvatarProp assets only within active presenter permission and purchased entitlements. State export, hosting, source/model/output retention and surviving rights in the order. No exact likeness, identical voice, copyright exclusivity or unrestricted model portability is promised beyond that order. New avatar creation is separately ordered.
